Error 803 is a specific code that indicates a refusal to connect when verifying the validity of your subscription. This error indicates that, for some reason or another, the system was unable to confirm the legitimacy of your subscription when trying to connect.
The error can occur for a variety of reasons, including the identifier used is invalid, or has expired or been revoked; a communication problem between the client and the server prevents your ID from being validated; or there could be an anomaly in the configuration file or in the way the identifier is stored.
